Association Property Management

McGarr & Associates, Inc. is a professional, full services management company formed in 1985. Our company mission is:

“To serve the property management needs of governing bodies of Homeowner Associations in a professional, knowledgeable and expedient manner: to operate the properties and their amenities in a quality manner while striving to maintain tight budgetary control.”

Since the company’s inception, we have successfully worked with owners and directors of all types of residential properties. Our principal clients, however, are the Homeowners Associations for which we provide management services. McGarr & Associates has provided both full management services, as well as bookkeeping services for Homeowners Associations of all sizes throughout Middle Tennessee. We have the knowledge of sound basic accounting and reporting procedures as well as years of experience with maintenance and capital improvements. We are a Nashville company, not a franchise, and we do not own or operate a repair or maintenance service. All property maintenance is contracted with licensed and insured outside contractors to ensure that the Association gets the very best work for the very best price every time.
